Volvo's
Classic
V40 still has an excellent
following, particularly the 'run out'
cars which were genereously equipped with
Air conditioning or climate control, Cd
players, alloys, electirc windows and
mirrors , central locking with
immobilisers as standard. Most later cars
had metallic paintowrk, some with full
lleather interiors depending on
specification. Engines ranged from 1.6
through to 2.0 petrols, and the 1.9 TD,
and packaged with an estate style rear to
allow greater carrying
capacity.
